  • "Had a minor problem but a major repair with my engine case starting to weep oil on my Stratoliner.Got on the Yamaha web sight and seen they were a Pro Yamaha shop.Brought it in told them of the problem and at that time they took pics and put the bike in the shop for safe keeping till they heard back from Yamaha warranty.Yamaha ok the warranty work and they started there work.From start to finish about three week which I though was very good since this was during the Christmas holidays and they had to pull and disassemble the engine.Very friendly,Joseph keep me informed all the way through and David the mechanic that did the work brought the bike out to me to load and ask if I had any questions.Nice to be able to talk to the person that did the work.This was my first time dealing with them but was treated like I had delt with them for years. I highly recommend them and will be back even though there 70 mile away from me. Roy"

  • "the first vehicle I purchased at Yamaha Of harrison was a 1996 Kodiak 450 (camo) I still Have that 4X4. In 2009 I purchased a Vstar 1100 and was involved in an accident where I lost that Bike, But not for long. As soon as I was on my feet again , all the guy's at Harrison Yamaha were Awesome in helping me pick out the bike I wanted. Its a great Bike.   • "I came to Harrison for a Goldwing Gathering and had a valve stem fail on my front tire. I brought my Wing over first thing on a Saturday morning, my stem was replaced, and my bike was finished within 30 minutes. Great service at a price my local large Honda dealer would have doubled. Super Service!"

  • "I was riding my 2008 FJR 1300AES around the great roads in northern Arkansas over a long weekend and discovered that I had worn out my rear tire on friday night. Saturday morning I called Yamaha of Harrison at 8:30AM to see if they might have a tire for my motorcycle. Indeed they did and scheduled an appointment at 10AM. When I arrived the service manager immediately took my bike into the service area, installed a new tire, checked all the fluids, replaced the oil in the differential, charged me a very fair price and sent me on my way at 11:15 to meet my buds for lunch. While I was waiting, I noticed that several other bikers on different models had also come in for various service and all were taken care of. They even service Harley's, what a great shop, they also gave my buds a map with some great motorcycle roads to run, while I was being serviced. My buds and I were duly impressed. Staff was friendly, I even got a hot cup of coffee, so, if you are in the area and have a problem, this is the place to go for great service."

  • "Hats off to all the men that got me back on the road the other other day. I was riding with a group of Goldwing riders and me beeing the only Yamaha in the bunch had a problem with my rear tire. I called the service department and was told they had the tire in stock at a good price and would get me in as fast as they could. Worried this might take all day and have to listen about how the Yamaha held up the ride and Not knowing what i was going to get into when I arrived at the shop to my supprise I was warmly greeted and someone started immediately on my tire. I felt like I was a neighbor instead of a total stranger. These gentlemen are true professionals, well managed, and just plain good people. I was back on the road in about an hour and a half and even the Goldwing guys were impressed! Take my word for it if you need help with your Yamaha you can count on these professionals. We have Yamaha of Harrison in our logs Thanks again guys! Had a great time thanks to you. Ed French"

  • "My wife and I rode up to Harrison Arkansas for vacation to ride some of the great roads you guys have. The second day we were there I noticed the front tire on my 2008 Honda Goldwing was really cupping badly. I went to the Harrison Honda Dealer to see about getting a new tire installed. They had no tires that size and made NO attempt to find me one. The (Honda Dealer) then refered me to Yamaha of Harrison, who carried a better stock of tires. You had 3 different make of tires in the size I needed. I then called the Honda Dealer to see if they would install it for me. They continued to make no attempt to help me. That is when Adam stepped up and said he would get it installed for me. I was in and out within one hour. The tire really made a difference for the rest of our trip and we also encountered an hour and a half of pouring rain on the way home to Ft. Worth. Thanks to Adam and all the guys at Yamaha of Harrison for seeing about us when Honda wouldn't. Sincerely, Richard & Linda Armand"
